Hearthstone HOA Dues
The Hearthstone HOA dues are collected at the beginning of each calendar year. We greatly appreciate your timely payment of $75. Payment details are below.
These funds contribute to the neighborhood improvements and help increase your property value and overall appeal. We welcome any feedback or additional ideas that you may have and you can contact the HOA board any time by e-mail: hoaboard 'at' ourhearthstone 'dot' org
Your Hearthstone dues pay for:
- Neighborhood improvements and maintenance
- Irrigation and lighting for the front entrance
- Neighbor engagement and social events
- Hearthstone directory and communications
In past years we have installed new street signs and stop signs and a new welcome sign. We've also installed a new monument sign and bulletin board:
Please consider paying $100 (or more) to help us fund our ongoing initiatives. There hasn't been a dues increase in many years, despite increasing costs. Any extra you can give would be wonderful!
